ESTERS FAIR PROSPECT

Not only is it less than a 3 minute walk from the hostel, but this cocktail place is as aesthetically pleasing & “Instagrammable” as it is delicious! Velvet Elvis and A Drink Called Wanda are personal faves!

WAIKIKI BREWING CO.

Don’t let the name fool you— though they were founded on Oahu in Waikiki, you can find them here on Maui as well! With locations in Wailea and Lahaina, Waikiki has core beers like Aloha Spirit Blonde Ale and Jalapeño Mouth amber ale, and some of the BEST onion rings on the island!

ALE HOUSE

Do you want food, drinks, and sports on the big screens? Check out this spot in Kahului, a little over a 10 minute drive from the hostel! Serving up beer on tap and American cuisine.

MAUI BREWING CO.

If you’re wondering, the answer is yes— the largest craft brewery on Maui is worth checking out! MBC has everything from some good grub to beer flights (and their flavored seltzers!) to corn hole and a gigantic outdoor patio!

Koholā Brewery

This small but mighty independent brewery in Lahaina packs punches like Talk Story Pale Ale and live music so you can lay back and chill with something chilled.

PAIA BAY COFFEE BAR

Paia has tons of cute cafes and boutiques, but a favorite has always been Paia Bay Coffee Bar! They have Taco Tuesday, Trivia Nights, and Jazz Brunches, along with specialty lattes & cocktails that are to die for!

DOWN THE HATCH

You’ll find DTH on our must-have food menu, too! You’ll always experience live music jammin’ and lava flows will flowin’ as long as they are open, often until 1 AM!

MONKEYPOD

Known for its Mai Tais, Monkeypod is a perfect choice for a night out in Maui whether it be for a date night, family dinner, or solo sip! You’ll discover locations in both Wailea and Lahaina.

MAHALO ALEWORKS

With Hazy IPAs, sours, lagers, and more on tap, Mahalo Aleworks has one of the best mountain views to enjoy some brews. If you’re hungry, check out Upcountry Sausage Co. food truck and Italian restaurant Marlow right next door!

WHAT ALES YOU

Known as an “oasis in the middle of the Triangle,” we adore this escape in Kihei. Get there early before they close to check out their extensive tap list and stay later if you want to keep the night going!

TRIANGLE

Wanna sing karaoke, dance until you drop, and have your pick of places? Maui doesn’t have any real clubs, but this is the closest you’ll get! There are a few bars surrounding a parking lot in Kihei, and this is where you’ll find the most lively nightlife!

HALEAKAVA & AUMAKUA LOUNGE

Ever heard of kava? Though it isn’t alcohol, there are some similarities between the two. Kava is made from the roots of a Polynesian plant. Haleakava has locations in Kihei and Lahaina, and Aumakua Kava Lounge is in the heart of Paia!

We can’t wait to have you experience Maui for yourself!
