Best Caffeination Stations on Maui

Do you like coffee a latte? Us too! And that’s why we’re here to help you with the best caffeination stations on the island :)

WAILUKU COFFEE CO.

Not only is it less than a 3 minute walk from the hostel, but this coffee shop is as aesthetically pleasing as it is delicious! Sit outside and work from your laptop, grab a drink and a turkey cranberry croissant (a personal fave!) and people watch to your heart’s content.

MAUI COFFEE ATTIC

Do you want live music, a lived-in hipster vibe, and unique drinks? Check out this gem that is just a bit further than Wailuku Coffee Co. It is located right off Main Street on Kanoa Street.

KRAKEN COFFEE

Do NOT sleep on the coffee truck scene here on the island! Kraken Coffee has “Kraken Classics” which include hot or iced drinks featuring fruit & white chocolate macadamia nut! There are multiple locations in Kahului, Lahaina, and Kihei!

AKAMAI COFFEE

Akamai Coffee has ground locations in both Kihei and Wailea, but also a drive-thru coffee truck in Kahului. 100% locally sourced, the N.O.L.A. is a personal fave :)

MAUI COFFEE ROASTERS

Located in the heart of Kahului, this cafe has previously been named the best coffee on Maui! You’ll also find colorful art on display, eye-catching posters, and cute merch for sale!

VIGILATTE ARTISIAN COFFEE

We’re also a sucker for a good logo, but this coffee stand in Lahaina deserves the hype! They have Italian sodas, Nutellacino, and even a Cinnamon Toast Crunch Latte!

BADASS COFFEE

You might recognize Badass Coffee from their locations on the mainland. Located here in Lahaina, there’s tons of options, but the Coconut Mocha is our pick!

Espresso Mafia

Upcountry is a world of its own, and so is this DELIGHTFUL coffee shop! We can’t pick a favorite to recommend, because the menu of flavored lattes is extensive and they are all so unique & perfect!!

We can’t wait to have you experience Maui for yourself!
